advanced wai kru
Does anyone have an advanced wai kru on video? I'm new to the TBA (but not new to muay thai), and I want to test for instructor. I currently hold Student level 1 but want to go further. Thanks in advence for your help.

Ajarn fixed a few things on my Ram Muay since I had tested under him and since I had made this video. The main thing was that he wanted my arms more extended when rolling forward and to keep my head up. Other than that I am pretty sure it is within the standards of the TBA.
There is also the version without the gloves which we did this year at camp to test for associate / full. There is also the female fighter version.
I got to see the female version at a seminar a while back. It is very nice to see. The women broke out separately and worked on theirs and at the end of the seminar they did it separately so we could watch.
Does anyone have the female version of the Wai Kru on video?
