2010 Muay Thai Classic!

Hello Everyone!!

Wow, time if flying fast! As of today, we have 46 registered fighters and 12 pending, so 58 fighters have stepped up so far ready to fight in the 2010 Muay Thai Classic!

Because I failed to send out my reminder about the Early Bird discount deadline approaching, we have decided to extend it out 2 weeks to give everyone a chance to tell their teams and share the info. Fighters registering thru Sunday, March 14th will receive the early bird discounted price of $35. After the 14th, the registration fee will go to the regular fee of $45. Please share this in your classes and forward the email over to other gyms, in case I dont have them on my mailing lists.

We have the new Ladies Novice division and the new Mens Senior Novice division (Age 42 and older).

Two New Divisions at this year's Muay Thai Classic!

Ladies Novice (3 fights and under)
Senior Men's Novice (3 fights and under)

We've had so many requests for another ladies division so the experienced ones would be able to be paired and the newer fighters could get some experience against other new fighters, so we have added the new novice division for the ladies!

"3 fights and under" means ALL ring experience: smokers, exhibitions, non-sanctioned, mma, boxing. Ring experience is still experience.

We have also added a "Senior Novice" for the older fighters that want to give it a shot but not go against someone 1/2 their age!
Senior division is Age 42 and Older. We are suggesting all fighters in this division obtain a physical from their doctor to ensure there are no medical issues.

Looks like we'll have another awesome year for the junior boys as we have some exceptional fighters already registered!!

We need assistance in spreading the word to junior girls though! PLEASE pass this onto other gyms that have fighters, and especially junior girls!
